Journal of Innovative Technology (JIT) is an interdisciplinary open-access journal published by the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology that covers research related to innovative technology. JIT adopts a double-blind review process which ensures each submitted paper is evaluated for its uniqueness, originality and practical implications. Esteemed scholars of their fields are invited to sit on JIT’s review board.

JIT welcomes all original works about innovative and emerging technology that advance engineering designs and applications with the aim of improving the lives of people and society. It includes scientific and technical aspects of theoretical, experimental, and management approaches that deal with issues in innovative and multi-faceted technology. JIT’s scope encompasses researches on personal items (e.g., computer) to industrial usage (e.g., boilers) to full-scale industrial processes (e.g., cleaner production).

JIT welcomes special issue proposals on specific themes or topics that focus on innovations in technology for both theoretical and application purposes, particularly those highlighting exciting new concepts and trends through in-depth research.

JIT publishes twice a year (March and September) and does not require any publication fees from authors.
